DESCRIPTION:Get Tickets \nCome and explore\, share or listen with other HSPs in a safe space where your normal temperament trait is understood and validated. \nElaine Aron talks of 5 things that every HSP needs to thrive. We’ll explore some of these during our time together. They are: \n\nTo know your trait is real\nTo reframe your past in light of it\nTo heal from past traumas\nTo design a life that is compatible with it\nTo meet other HSPs – it is a unique experience!\n\nDetails of the meeting: \nThis is a listening and sharing circle facilitated gently by Cindy so that you can relax as much as possible and enjoy the time together with other HSPs. There is no pressure for you to speak\, you are welcome to just sit and listen. \nThis is an opportunity to fully listen and be heard – a rare opportunity in our modern world – to also share ideas and tips on living life to the full as an HSP\, and to ask any questions. \nIt is held in a supportive and safe way. If you want to leave earlier that’s OK\, just leave whenever you need to. We will start with a short\, guided meditation to bring us together. \nMaximum group size will be 12. \n  \nTechie stuff: \nThe call will take place on Zoom\, see link when you RSVP. \nI’ll offer the structure of the call at the start. Please enter the Zoom call a few minutes before the start time. You’ll be in the waiting room and I’ll let people in individually. This takes about 3 minutes. \nPlease make sure your video and sound works. We need to see you. \n  \nPayment: \nThe ticket price is £7.50 to non HSPconnect members. \nIf you are a member of HSPconnect\, please don’t RSVP here but go to the Events page on HSPconnect to select the ticket you need. \n  \nAbout Cindy; \nI’m an HSP and a psychotherapist. I know from my own and other’s experiences how vital it is for HSPs to meet other HSPs to validate and normalise the trait. I’ve have been working with HSPs for 12 years supporting them to flourish\, understand and harmonise their relationship with themselves and others. \nI founded the community group HSPconnect.uk for HSPs to find others\, connect and build friendships. I also hold therapeutic sharing circles for HSPs within the group.\ncindygalehsp.com
