Now\, in Spirituality Through a Highly Sensitive Lens\, she turns towards some of life’s biggest questions: spirituality\, meditation\, awakening\, emotional healing\, and the possibility of greater equanimity or inner steadiness. \nInside HSPconnect\, we will be exploring Elaine Aron’s book over five online sessions from May to September. \nThe first four sessions are reflective book group gatherings for highly sensitive people\, with space to share\, listen\, and explore the themes of the book in community. \nThen\, in September\, Elaine Aron will join us live for the final session. \nImportant: this free Eventbrite registration does not give access to the sessions. To attend the book group\, you will need to join HSPconnect as a member. HSPconnect membership is £49 per year\, or $69 / €62. \nIt is absolutely fine to join after the first session.
