DESCRIPTION:BUY TICKET \nCome and explore\, share or listen with other HSPs in a safe space where your normal character trait is understood and validated. Meet old friends and welcome new ones. \nElaine Aron talks of 5 things that every HSP needs to thrive. We’ll explore some of these during our time together. They are: \n\nTo know your trait is real\nTo reframe your past in light of it\nTo heal from past traumas\nTo design a life that is compatible with it\nTo meet other HSPs\n\nDetails of the meeting:\nFacilitated gently by Cindy so that you can relax as much as possible and enjoy the time together with other HSPs. There is no pressure for you to speak\, you are welcome to just sit and listen. This is an opportunity to share ideas and tips on living life to the full as an HSP\, and to ask any questions. It is held in a supportive and safe way. If you want to leave earlier that’s OK\, just leave whenever you need to. We will start with a short guided meditation to bring us together. \nMaximum group size will be 12. \nTechie stuff:\nThe call will take place on Zoom\, you will get the link after you have bought a ticket. On entry you’ll be muted automatically so we better hear one another. I’ll offer the structure of the call at the start. Please enter the Zoom call a few minutes before the start time. You’ll be in the waiting room and I’ll let people in individually. This takes about 3 minutes. \nIf the Zoom link doesn’t work\, try copying and pasting the link into your browser. \nPlease make sure your video and sound works.
