Elaine Aron’s work has helped countless highly sensitive people understand themselves more deeply. Now, in Spirituality Through a Highly Sensitive Lens, she turns towards some of life’s biggest questions: spirituality, meditation, awakening, emotional healing, and the possibility of greater equanimity or inner steadiness.
Inside HSPconnect, we will be exploring Elaine Aron’s book over five online sessions from May to September.
The first four sessions are reflective book group gatherings for highly sensitive people, with space to share, listen, and explore the themes of the book in community.
Then, in September, Elaine Aron will join us live for the final session.
Important: this free Eventbrite registration does not give access to the sessions. To attend the book group, you will need to join HSPconnect as a member. HSPconnect membership is £49 per year, or $69 / €62.
It is absolutely fine to join after the first session. You do not need to have attended every session to take part, and new members are welcome throughout the series. However, to attend the live September session with Elaine Aron, you must join HSPconnect by 21 August 2026.
