HSP Community

Knowing that you are highly sensitive can be a huge relief as many people feel that they just don’t fit in to their families or their work. This can lead to being misunderstood, feeling very isolated, not understood and that there maybe even something wrong with you.

Cindy is passionate about creating community for HSPs. Meeting and connecting with other HSPs is essential. This will help you to normalise the trait and feel validated, possibly for the first time in your life. You will be able to share what you have experienced and learnt about being and HSP and hear from others about their experiences.

For many HSPs, the experience of meeting other HSPs is the first time they’ve been truly heard and listened to. This helps to raise self-esteem, reduce stress and bring out the many gifts that HSPs have to offer. Community is part of our true nature as humans. Humans are social animals, and a safe, welcoming community makes us feel less isolated, more connected to each other and to ourselves.

We need to value the trait of high sensitivity and the contribution to the world that we can make. Meeting with others can help us to start to discover and remind ourselves of the strengths and gifts we have.
